RT2875A/RT2875B

RT2875A/B 是高效的电流模式同步降压 DC/DC 转换器，可在 4.5V~36V 的输入电压范围内输出 3A 电流。它集成了 95mΩ/70mΩ 功率开关，可获得很高的转换效率。电流模式的控制架构容许其具有快速的瞬态响应能力，仅需使用简单的外部补偿。逐周期电流限制功能赋予其对抗输出短路的能力，外部可调的软启动消除了启动期间的输入电流冲击。它还具有完善的保护功能，如输入欠压锁定、输出欠压保护、过流保护和热关机保护等。RT2875A/B 使用的是热强化的 TSSOP-14（含外露的散热焊盘）封装。
